Terri Givens is a professor at McGill University and the author of Radical Empathy: Finding a Path to Bridging Racial Divides. Terri’s work in the leadership development and DEI space is unparalleled and world-class. Seamlessly interweaving her research, teaching, and real-world expertise, Terri contributes creativity and original ideas with constructive feedback that pushes the work forward. Her incredible energy and execution skills combine with authenticity, deep empathy, and a brilliant sense of humor to produce real results.
Danielle Harlan
Danielle Harlan is on a mission to help organizations be great – and also good. As a leadership facilitator, coach, and consultant, Danielle’s work offers a new paradigm for leadership that’s focused on facilitating collective ownership of a shared mission and enabling the structures and systems necessary to bring it to life in an ethical, sustainable, and just way.

Justin Gest is a political scientist at George Mason University. He is the author of numerous books, including Mass Appeal: Communicating Policy Ideas in Multiple Media. A former journalist, he is a dynamic speaker with a deep knowledge of media and communications. Rhonda Brown
Rhonda Brown is a certified leadership coach and has facilitated numerous racial justice workshops across the US which focused on the spiritual and organizational wounds that are caused by racism. She is an important part of the story of Radical Empathy and has helped to develop workshops and online courses for the past two years. Rhonda held multiple management roles at IBM for 30 years and she combines her managerial experience with a deep understanding of corporate culture to help leaders create real change.
